Sondra is deeply fascinated by the animal–human bond and passionate about helping all animals live safe, healthy lives. She is a longtime donor to animal welfare nonprofits and strong advocate for rescue shelter adoption. Her favorite volunteer experience was providing pet visits at an assisted living center alongside her senior cat, Milo.

Sondra is committed to supporting thriving pet-and-owner relationships from beginning to end through adoption assistance, pet retention, and compassionate support around pet loss and grief. She hopes to one day help develop an adoption program for seniors in Washington State. In her spare time, she enjoys running around Green Lake, practicing yoga, planning her next international trip, and snuggling with her black cat, Binx.
