Jenny Fraley

Programs Director

Jenny brings more than 30 years of experience in the corporate retail sector, where she built a successful career as a merchandise analyst and buyer. Jenny’s strong background in finance, analytics, and strategic planning has translated seamlessly into the animal welfare field, helping to maximize program effectiveness and impact. In 2007, she made a meaningful career transition into animal welfare when she joined Pasado’s Safe Haven as Staff & Operations Manager.

After discovering her passion for preventing pet homelessness, Jenny became Pet Services Director in 2010. In this role, she has developed extensive expertise in spay/neuter programs, pet food banks, wellness clinics, pet retention initiatives, and community-based pet support services.

In 2021, Jenny joined Pawsitive Alliance as Executive Director, serving in that role for four years. While she valued the opportunity to lead the organization, her greatest passion has always been working directly to advance Pawsitive Alliance’s mission and programs.

To better align her role with those priorities, the organization hired a part-time Operations Manager, allowing Jenny to focus on expanding and strengthening Pawsitive Alliance’s programs, building community partnerships, and increasing the organization’s impact on pets and the people who care for them.
