Volunteer and make a difference in the lives of cats and dogs in need!
Since 2005, Pawsitive Alliance has helped over 7,000 homeless kittens, cats, puppies and dogs find forever homes and provided thousands of low cost spay and neuter surgeries. We couldn’t do what we do for the animals without the support of dedicated and compassionate volunteers.
There are a number of ways you can help out at an in-person event, including at upcoming wellness clinics where you can help make pet I.D. tags and distribute those and other supplies to the pets of our low-income, homeless, and in-need community members during wellness clinics (King County). We also need volunteers for adoption, fundraising, and other events that occur throughout the year.
We have various fundraising activities each year like auction item procurement, event logistics, sponsor solicitation, data entry, and grant writing.
We are always looking for volunteers to help with collecting, organizing, and delivering pet supplies (Puget Sound, Southwest Washington, and Yakima County). In addition we are also always looking for drivers in general to help pick up and deliver supplies, to and from events, clinics, and other places as needed, e.g. auction items.
We have plenty of opportunities available to help with Administrative and Marketing tasks including but not limited to: social media, graphic design, and engagement strategies. Photographers help document our work and events. We’ll soon need help to boost materials for our adoption program as well.
